PLEASE READ:

In Order to Stay On Schedule, Here’s How to Prepare the Home:

1. Arrive To The Home 15-20 Minutes Early To Make Sure Home Owners Don't Need Any Last Minute Help Tiding Up.

2. Make Sure All Lights Are On And All Fans Off (lamps are up to your preference)

3. All Blinds Should Be Pulled Down And Opened Flat or Pulled Up All The Way Unless There Is An Undesirable View IE: A Wall / Fence / Car). All Curtains Should Be Open Or Taken Down If Possible.

4. The Driveway and Yard Should Be Empty Of Any Cars, Trash Bins, Trailers and Clutter If Possible.

5. Each Room Should Be Completely Ready To Photograph. Moving Clutter From One Room To The Next Takes Unnecessary Time. Toilet seats down and all toiletries or anything showing a label put away.

6. The Less People In The Home While Photographing The Better. If Someone Can See Me, My Camera Can See Them. I'm Always Happy To Lock Up And Txt When Finished With The Home.
