Happy New Year! I decided to start off the first day of the new year with this beautiful family who are close friends of mine. Justin, Leigh, and Hannah Yaklin are some of sweetest people I know, and are a great family to call friends!
I had the pleasure of shooting their family portraits in Buda, Tx and it ended up being one of my all time favorite sessions yet! The shoot went extremely well and the family was such a joy to be around and work with, even with the cold weather. Well, a south texans cold "60 degrees or so"...
Even with all the amazing color images I made, the black and white were the ones that really stood out to me and it just so happens that they love B&W as much as I do!
